Control system is independent, with high configuration and stable operation。By Intel Core2 CPU, 6 generation /10 Generation Core i5 Processor , Frequency 2.4GHz , DDR4G , SSD 128G 。 Optimized software runs on the host and connects seamlessly.Compared with the industrial computer and PLC configuration system, the data processing is more timely and stable without delay, avoiding the “dead machine” phenomenon that other systems are prone to.

2. The control system adopts Ether CAT bus motion control, which can be connected to 256 axis multi-axis control; The system is based on Ether CAT bus IO expansion , can access high-speed IO expansion , ordinary DI / DO expansion, up to 32000 points; It can allow users to quickly implement intelligent saw-cutting automated flexible production lines, expanding manufacturing units such as punching, milling, and end milling. Reserve interfaces for units such as intelligent storage of materials for customers, digital workshop, and intelligent logistics distribution of workshop.

3 . The control system uses Microsoft ‘s original software , which has the advantages of lifelong security protection and free upgrade , laying the foundation for the subsequent digital workshop and intelligent manufacturing factory and avoiding intellectual property disputes .
