Production Process of High-Quality Thermal Break Broken Bridge Aluminium System Doors And Windows

System doors and windows are mainly divided into window frames, sash frames, hardware, glass, adhesive strips and other accessories. During the production process, each module component needs to be processed separately according to the order, and then directly stored in the warehouse as needed and shipped to the construction site for final assembly.

There are 4 general processes for the processing of doors and windows in the system

1. Frame material processing

(1) Frame cutting. According to the parameters of the production order, the frame material after the strip is cut. Usually, the blanking scheme can be optimized according to the order situation, increase the full use of the frame material, and save costs.

(2) Hole and groove processing of frame material process. According to the window design and the requirements of the production order, the frame material is processed with specific holes and grooves.

(3) Cutting of the middle mullion material. Combined with the window design and the requirements of the order parameters, the cutting and processing of the middle mullion material can optimize the blanking scheme according to the order situation.

(4) Mignon end face milling. The mullion material is further processed to make its end face shape meet the installation requirements.

(5) Corner code cutting of frame material. Depending on the window series, select the corner code of the corresponding model for cutting processing of a specific size.

(6) Frame material group angle. According to the process flow of different angles, the frame material is connected with the corners. The process accuracy of this step determines whether the finished product is flat. The high-precision process can improve the accuracy of the assembly angle, thereby improving the aesthetics and waterproofness of the window type.

(7) Mullion joint. After the window frame group angle is completed, the frame mullion connection can be carried out, and the processed mullion material can be assembled to the window frame, and the appropriate assembly process can be selected according to the requirements.

(8) Frame hardware assembly. According to the processing process, the corresponding frame hardware is assembled perfectly.

2. Fan material processing

(1) Fan cutting. The basic processing process of fan material is similar to that of frame material, and it is also necessary to pay attention to the problem of machining accuracy.

(2) Fan material process hole and groove processing. Specific holes and grooves are machined for hardware installation to facilitate subsequent installation.

(3) Fan corner code cutting. Select the corner code that meets the requirements for cutting and processing, and prepare for the assembly of the corners.

(4) Fan group angle. According to the process requirements in the order, the fan material is processed reasonably.

(5) Fan hardware assembly. Usually in this process, the assembly of door and window handles is carried out. Precision machining and installation can give full play to the performance of the handle, which can not only improve the operating feel, but also optimize the use effect and service life of the handle.

3. Accessories processing

(1) Crimping cutting. The crimping line, also known as the bead, is usually applied to the window frame or sash frame and plays a fixed role in the installation of glass.

4. Final assembly

In order to facilitate transportation and installation, system windows and doors are usually shipped as semi-finished products for installation and final assembly at the construction site.

(1) (fix the window frame to the window hole) frame sash assembly, assemble the frame and sash with good angles, assemble the hardware and glass installation.

(2) Window inspection, full-time inspectors inspect relevant items according to door and window standards, and confirm acceptance with customers.

1. Order drawings: We will make reasonable design drawings according to the sketches sent by the customer for the franchisee to provide to the owner for reading. Preparation of production orders for issuance to the production department.

2. Preparation and processing technology: preparation of processing technology, according to different processing technology to divide different order distribution workshops.

3. Preparation of production plan: After the production order is issued to the workshop, refer to the drawings and square quotas issued by the design, and subject to the production order, prepare the production plan, determine the specific production cycle, and the completion time.

4. Material picking: According to the production plan, after the optimization order is issued to the picking group, the picking group will start to take the material according to the optimization order. In the process of reclaiming, if the material is found to be deformed or the surface is scratched, the picking group will respond to the storage department as soon as possible to ensure that the profile taken is an effective profile.

5. Wear strip: After selecting the required profile, according to the series and color marked in the order drawings, the two single profiles are threaded into a broken bridge profile with heat insulation strips in order, and the tooth gap is pressed for the next blanking.

6. Blanking: According to the optimization of the color, cutting angle and quantity of the single profile, each profile and quantity are stacked separately, and the clean and tidy profile is ensured, and transferred to the next process.

7. End milling: According to the requirements of the drawings, end milling is carried out on the parts that need to be end-milled to ensure that there are no burrs.

8. Milling holes: review drawings in accordance with the requirements of the position marked in the drawings, hardware brands and notches, and unlock the holes.

9. Zhongting connector: install the Zhongting connection corner code according to the position required by the drawing, install it firmly and apply waterproof sealant, etc.

10. Group angle: After completing the above procedure, clean the profile before the group angle, and coat the section glue at both ends of the profile to be grouped, and strictly prohibit oil, dust, aluminum chips, etc. to enter, so as to improve the waterproof sealing. At the beginning of the angle forming process, the diagonal line is guaranteed to be within the specified range, and there can be no flash seams or height differences.

11. Jointing pin process: the previously prepared Jointing material is connected and installed with a pin and a Jointing connection corner code according to the size of the drawing.

12. Glue injection process: After the installation of the middle pole, it is placed flat on the shelf for glue injection in the corner and middle pole position. When applying double group glue, it is necessary to ensure that the colloid is uniform and free of bubbles, and the three samples should be tested before application, and the temperature and humidity should be paid attention to.

13. Splint: Clamp the window frame sash with a splint and put it into the curing area safely, be careful not to touch the corners, and let it dry for 2-4 hours.

14. Pressure sealing strip: After completing the previous process, press the sealing strip to ensure that the sealing strip of the frame and the sealing strip at the opening fan are installed according to the requirements, and the appropriate expansion and contraction amount should be reserved and firmly bonded with EPDM glue.

15. Crimping: According to the actual size of the window frame sash in the previous process, the angle of the cutting line is spliced, and the crimping line is required to be installed without gaps.

16. Loading: Hardware brand and opening method are installed according to the drawings, and the position is required to be accurate.

17. Hanging fan: according to the drawings marked with the hardware brand and opening method of installation, the opening is required to be flexible.

18. Inspection: According to the original single drawing, check the series, opening method, color, hardware brand, opening flexibility and special requirements to check whether the goods are qualified.

19. Cleaning: After the above processes are completed, the cleaning work is carried out, the glue and stains on the window frame are wiped clean, and the protective film is pasted.

20. Packing: Packed according to the requirements of the order, the inside is wrapped with pearl cotton, and the outside is packed with cardboard with Shenjiang LOGO, and fixed with packing belt.

21. Accessories: Configure the accessories of glass rubber strips and hardware accessories according to the requirements of the drawings, and put them into the accessory box.

22. Warehousing: After completing all the above processes, the person in charge will be responsible for the warehousing.
